There are several ways of us receiving and returning you your console. Here listed below are the options

1. Collection and return delivery via OUR COUrIER service

once you have contacted us either by using the contact forms on the website or by calling us on 0121 708 3383 we will arrange a date that suits you and have our courier service to collect your PC from you, Once repaired we will contact you again to arrange a delivery date that suits you. There is a £10 charge for this service, each way.

2. you can post us your computer

Package your PC as safely as possible and post it to us, once repaired we will send it back to you by our courier service (PLEASE NOTE IF YOU DO SEND US YOUR PC WE SUGGEST THAT YOU HAVE insurance AND USE RECORDED DELIVERY).

3 bring your pc to us at the repair centre

If you live in or around the Birmingham area simply bring your pc into our repair shop. Our staff will be happy to serve you, we are located in Acocks Green Birmingham use the find us page for details.

Please note that will not have to pay for your repair until your PC has been fixed.
