Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.

Services and conditions of use

All of our product and services are Guaranteed, for at least 3 months if stated.

repair.services

We aim to provide the best possible service for our customers. All of our repairs are Guaranteed. Please see Warranty section below. We reserve the right not to repair any computer we deem to be economically beyond repair.

digi-com.co.uk Reserve the right to charge extra for problems  not previously stated on repair form. In this unlikely event, we will inform customer of extra charge before repairing the computer. If at this point customer decides not to continue with the repair, we reserve the right to charge for return delivery.

Please be aware that during the course of repair it is possible that the symptoms may worsen whilst investigating the fault. If the computer cannot be repaired, digi-com.co.uk accepts no responsibility for this eventuality.

During the course of repair it may be necessary to clear data stored in your computer's memory. Please ensure data is backed up prior to sending your computer in to us as we cannot guarantee data will be retained.

digi-com.co.uk Accepts no responsibility for computers damaged during transit to or from digi-com.co.uk.

Payment for sevices

If paying by credit card or debit card, payment is not necessary before repair has been undertaken. We will then contact you to make payment.

We accept credit card, debit card and Paypal payments. We do not except cheques.

non supply of goods

In the event that we are unable to supply ordered goods, digi-com.co.uk shall in no way be liable for any consequential loss incurred through delays in supply or failure to supply. No compensation shall be payable. All products are supplied subject to availability. We are not liable for any damages or inconvenience caused by actions or activities which are beyond our control including, but not limited to, lack of product availability from suppliers, damage caused through misuse or courier damage or defective manufacture of products which we supply.

receipt of goods

It is for you to ensure that the person who signs for the goods is entitled so to do. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred once delivery to the address you have specified has been made, nor are we responsible for the goods being accepted by the incorrect recipient at the receiving address. Goods must be inspected before being signed for to ensure they are the correct goods and are free from damage. If goods are signed for and then later reported damaged we reserve the right to refuse full refund based on that damage may have been caused after receipt of goods. 

refunds, and return of goods

Goods may only be returned by specific prior arrangement and, excluding our error or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within the first 30 days, at your own cost. Goods are subject to prior inspection by either ourselves or our suppliers before any refund is given. Return of any goods that have been bought in error or are not suitable, where the buyer wishes to return them may be liable for a re-stocking fee. Also, when refunds are given, the refund will be for the value  of the goods and delivery charges cannot be refunded.

faulty/ damaged goods

warranty for computer repairs

We warranty our work for 90 days if stated, not parts, due to accidental damage and neglect. Our Warranty applies only to the repairs undertaken by digi-com.co.uk.

We reserve the right to charge postage costs on consoles repaired under guarantee. Please do not remove the security sticker whilst under guarantee. This will void the guarantee.

In the unlikely event that the computer cannot be repaired, we will send the computer back, and no charge will be incurred, minus our postage costs. Posting the computer is at the customers own risk. Please take out insurance, if not using our collection and delivery service. We will not be held responsible for computers lost in the post. digi-com.co.uk reserve the right to retain the computer if payment has not been received, until payment has been received. After 60 days the computer will be deemed to be the property of digi-com.co.uk.

If your computer is out of Warranty, digi-com.co.uk reserves the right to charge for any repairs undertaken on this computer, including delivery charges.

delivery

We use Interlink Express for the majority of our console deliveries, which is a next day signed for service. We also use First Class recorded delivery.

Our computer repairs we endeavor to process within 3 working days from when we receive your computer, to when we dispatch. For shop orders, we endeavor to dispatch your item within 3 working days of receiving payment.

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement.

accessing the site

We cannot guarantee that the Site will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error-free. You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site and, in particular, you must not attempt to circumvent security, tamper with, hack into, or otherwise disrupt the Site or any computer system, server, router or any other internet-connected device.

We cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any content of the Site will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the safety and reliability of data input and output.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to withdraw, suspend or modify the Site or certain features or parts of the Site with or without notice to you, where We have reason to do so. There may also be times when the Site or certain features or parts of the Site become unavailable, whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. You agree that We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any withdrawal, modification, unavailability, suspension or discontinuance of the Site or any service available on or through the Site.

We do not accept liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the Site or any failure to complete a transaction.

CUSTOMER AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT CUSTOMER'S OWN RISK. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS,' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE SOFTWARE LICENSED TO THE CUSTOMER AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY APPLIES TO ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.

NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.
